 My name is Yaseen, and after completing post-baccalaureate studies in environmental science and sustainability I noticed a large portion of my classmates were often stressed out. I have went through many career changes in my own life, as well as tumultuous personal ordeals leaving me consumed with stress. I knew these problems existed for many people so I started researching. What you put into your body and how you deal with stressful situations make all the difference, but i found that most people do not have the time or knowledge to efficiently combat stress. And with that the Stress Less Box was born! A monthly box laid out with both the tools and information for the every day person to slow down, relax and become a sloth!
